This authentic finca to reform is only about 7 minutes driving from Cala San Vicente and 4 minutes to San Juan. Beautiful big open views to the sea and the mountains. It has an outdoor kitchen and authentic corrals and terraces. Solar energy is used for the electricity supply but the installation of new solar panels is necessary. The water comes from a cistern which collects rainwater (also supplied by trucks if the winter season has been dry).
